Data Sources & Privacy Notice

What data we process. We build analytical products from official public procurement records published by state bodies, including the Prozorro open data of Ukraine (published under Art. 10-1 of Law of Ukraine No. 2939-VI) and the unified procurement portal of the Republic of Azerbaijan (data open to all persons under Art. 15.6 of the Law on Public Procurement). We always attribute these sources.

Personal data. Source records occasionally contain personal data placed there by operation of law (e.g. names of tender signatories, individual entrepreneurs). Our pipeline processes such data only to identify and remove it: our commercial datasets contain legal-entity records only. We do not enrich, profile, sell, or otherwise disseminate personal data. Legal basis for this transient filtering: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in producing a personal-data-free dataset); a documented Legitimate Interest Assessment is on file.

Your rights. If you believe your personal data is affected, you may object to processing or request access, rectification, or erasure (Arts. 15–21 GDPR) by writing to consulting@elshanmusayev.com. We respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the LfDI Baden-Württemberg.

Why we do not notify individuals directly. Source records identify persons by name only, without contact details, across a very large number of records; individual notification would involve disproportionate effort (Art. 14(5)(b) GDPR). This page is our public notice instead.
