Terms of Use

1. Purpose

AZTender is SaaS for AI auditing of public procurement: tender scoring, detection of price anomalies and collusion. The system's outputs are advisory and require confirmation by an authorised auditor (human oversight, Art. 14 EU AI Act / AR AI Strategy).

2. Licence

Access is granted under an EM Consulting subscription (see Impressum). Sub-licensing is prohibited. Volumes — per-tenant, per-API-call — are set in the commercial agreement.

3. Liability

The platform is not liable for commercial decisions taken on the basis of its recommendations. Final responsibility for a contract award rests with the procuring entity.

4. SLA

Uptime target: 99.5% per calendar month. Maintenance window: 02:00–04:00 Asia/Baku.

5. Law and jurisdiction

Applicable law: Germany (for EU clients) or the Republic of Azerbaijan (for AZ clients) — set in the agreement. Court of first instance — at EM Consulting's place of registration (Mannheim, DE).
