Data processing agreement

1. Data sources

Wire content is sourced only from public records: etender.gov.az (official portal), World Bank tender notices, AzerGold and Azerenerji procurement portals.

2. Hosting

Hetzner Online GmbH, Falkenstein, Germany. All data is stored within the EU. No transfers to third countries.

3. Sub-processors

Stripe (payments), Postmark (email), Hetzner (hosting), Sentry (error logs). Each has its own DPA.

4. Subscriber data export

Under GDPR Art. 15 you may export your account data, subscription history and API logs in JSON format. Request: consulting@elshanmusayev.com.
